Order Processing
Orders received on Monday through Friday will be processed that business day.  Please note, processed does not necessarily mean shipped, please see below.  Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping
Most merchandise usually ships within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.  Personalized items may take 2-3 weeks.  Custom logo work can take 3-8 weeks. When multiple items are purchased, merchandise may ship separately and from different warehouses. Please allow 7 business days for delivery before inquiring on the status of an order.

Free Shipping
Any promotion involving free shipping does not apply to custom logo work or other high quantity orders. 

Rush Delivery
UPS Overnight, 2 Day, or 3 Day delivery service is available at an extra cost.  Rush orders received Monday through Friday, before 12 noon EST, will be shipped the same business day.  Rush orders received Monday through Friday, after 12 noon EST, will ship the next business day.  Rush orders received on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping and Handling Fees
Calculated and assessed at checkout.  Based on UPS rates from Oregon.

International Orders
At this time, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the 48 continental United States.  

Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days.  Please contact service@jdgolfgifts.com to notify us of a return.  No returns on personalized items.

Report damaged merchandise immediately upon receipt.  Contact service@jdgolfgifts.com to make arrangements for an exchange.  Damaged merchandise must be returned to Justin David Golf Gifts as a condition of any exchange.
